THE CHALLENGE

Internal employee survey data often gets lost in dense spreadsheets, making it difficult for leadership and staff to quickly digest key takeaways, identify morale trends, and take actionable steps.

THE APPROACH

I rebuilt the site architecture, visual system, and integrated WCAG accessibility standards. This streamlined navigation for critical safety services and established responsive UI components. The new site launched on September 5, 2026 with a cross-channel promotion campaign I designed to drive adoption.
