THE CHALLENGE
The existing U-M Division of Public Safety & Security website suffered from a decentralized information architecture, outdated user experience, and accessibility gaps. The site needed to be updated so that critical safety resources are more easily accessed by the university community.

THE APPROACH
I rebuilt the site architecture, visual system, and integrated WCAG accessibility standards such as alt text and tabbing order. This streamlined navigation for access to critical safety services and established responsive user interface components. The new site launched on September 5, 2026 with a cross-channel promotion campaign I designed to drive adoption.
