THE CHALLENGE
The U-M Division of Public Safety and Security needed to share complex, multi-departmental employee engagement survey data and feedback to employees in a clear, digestible, and actionable format.
The report contained many infographics and charts I designed.
THE APPROACH
I designed the report as a PDF that could be printed or read on a mobile device. The PDF was also shared in a division-wide email message and in a dedicated section of the Confluence intranet hub. To help present the information in person, a slideshow was also created. I used clean, clear charts and infographics to translate the survey data into easily digested information in the report.
